The worst "Premium" service I have ever had. My truck was in repair for more than 1 month due to "factory defects" they wanted to wash their hands and convince me that: "that's how those units came out with that defect", obviously I didn't accept even when the second mechanic told me: "I'm just a mechanic and the truck runs" (believe it or not, that was the answer). They delivered the truck to me and oh! Surprise, they broke small pieces like staples from the sunroof control board, from the trunk lid. It's been a month and they haven't given me a response. They wanted to put glue on the small pieces, I think they were praying that I wouldn't notice, but obviously their remedy with crazy plastic didn't last even 1 day... My truck isn't even 1 year old.....
TERRIBLE SERVICE... and the fault is not the service guy, it is the workshop manager who does not even have quality control.
My car came in through the insurance company, I imagine that's why they treat you as if they were doing you a favor, in addition to the fact that their service is terrible, my car was extremely bad, they didn't even check it, zero care for the integrity of my person as a customer. It took them a month and 8 days to deliver my car, just to change a tire, a wheel and a shock absorber. And bad indeed, I had to leave it at a trusted workshop because it came out worse.
